Unlike many other wineries around the Hunter Valley, we only produce varietals that we grow onsite. Carefully tended and maintained to an exceptional standard, our vines produce exemplary fruit. Vintages are only ever released when we’ve personally tried and tested each one and feel they’re ready to cellar or drink and enjoy. To put it simply, we never make wine in inferior years. Please note that we ship our wines in multiples of 6 bottles.
