Vineyard Diary – February 8, 2017
13 February 2017
June 28, 2016 by Ian Napier in Vineyard Diary

Jeff and I looked at each barrel of wine with our 2014 vintage in it, and selected those that will go into our 2014 wine. WHAT A GREAT VINTAGE this wine will be – this is definitely the best red we have produced yet. We probably will bottle it in September, along with the 2015 Chardonnay and Rose. After bottling I will leave the Shiraz 2014 in bottle in our cellar for at least 2 years before selling it to members. (But we will taste it at our events later in the year!)
